Potato Pancakes**********************

2 cups shredded hash brown potatoes.
3 larges eggs.
2 tablespoons all purpose flour.
11/4 teaspoon ground sea salt (or kosher salt).
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper.
4 tablespoons grated onion.
8 ounce sour cream.
1/4 cup chopped chives.

1.- Beat eggs and stirs in potatos,mix flour,salt and pepper and stir into potatoes eggs mixture ,stir in onion.

2.- Prehaeat perfect pancake pan on a medium high heat,pour 1/3 cup batter into pan and spread out,cook 1 minute on first side and 1/2 minutes on second side.

3.- Serve with sour cream and chives.
