1 quart heavy whipping cream.
1 tablespoon granulated sugar.
11/2 cups light and fluffy pancake mix.
1/4 cup premium unsweetened cocoa.
3 tablespoons granulated sugar.
1 large egg.
1 cup chocolate milk.
1/4 cup de water.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
3/4 cup de mini chocolate chips.
Chocolate syrup for decoration.
1.- Whip cream with 1 tablespoon sugar and set aside,reserve 1/4 cup mini chips.
2.-Blend all ingredient well,let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
3.- Place perfect pancake pan on low heat.
4.-Pour a scant 1/2 cup batter into preheated perfect pancake pan,when bubbles in heating batter begin to rise to the top close top and flip perfect pancake pan over(about 1-2 minutes), continue until all batter is used,cooking times vary due to stove type and heat temperatures.
5.-Arrange pancakes is serving plate alternating pancake layer with whipped cream,starting with pancake and ending with whipped cream,sprinkle reserved chips on top of whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.Serve inmediately.
